The sanctuary is divided into 3 different parts mainly Upper Dihing River, Dirok Rainforest and Jeypore. 

Here you will find two types of elephant reserves, the first one is Dehing Patkai Elephant Reserve, and the second one being Dibru-Deomali. 

The rainforest is also known as the Amazon of the east. This is because you will find different types of flora and fauna here. 

Visitors who come here love the Orchid flowers and wild bananas. 

Do you know? Here you will find 293+ species of birds and almost 30 different types of butterfly species and about 50+ species of mammals and reptile species each.
